Here comes da critters!

Well it looks like we have had the last arctic cold wave of the winter. Today was a fairly warm day so I took a short ride to look for some photo opps. It seems like the critters know the warmer days are here and are already leaving the warmth of the deep forest and coming out in the open near the sides of the roads. I took the picture of this fox while he was hunting for field mice in a field right off the side of the road in Beacher Falls Vermont. I watch this little guy for a good ten minutes it seems he couldn't care less that I was there, he would look up every once in awhile just to make sure that I wasn't making a move toward him. The deer was in the Lake Francis campground area in Pittsburg NH. It looks like a silhouette because I had to shoot right into the sun to get the picture. Now it is time for me to say, this is me saying goodbye to you till whenever.
